Receptionist [Salon Coordinator]

About the Role

The Salon Coordinator position is key to our team dynamic. Salon Coordinators determine the flow of the salon, schedule & the guest’s experience. You will work hand in hand with Leadership on the schedule, inventory, sanitation, social media, and all the daily happenings. Topcoat is constantly finding new ways to grow which means policies and procedures are continuously evolving. As Salon Coordinator you are responsible on being up to date in the practice of those policies and procedures to ensure our guests have a seamless guest experience from beginning to end. You will be an extension of leadership to the team and a representation of the culture of the salon to our guests.

Following we will schedule a work interview to observe your natural customer service abilities. We will then schedule a final interview to discuss your availability, goals, determination your acceptance. This is an hourly position that ranges between $17-$20 based on experience and performance.
