Policies

For your safety and ours, all our guests will be required to follow these preventative measures: 

•Wait in your vehicle & text us at 801.828.6776 informing us of their arrival. Once we have properly disinfected, we will text you an invitation to enter.​

•Only those that are receiving services are allowed on the premises

•Guests are required to wear face masks for the duration of their service. Should you arrive to your reservation with out a face mask you will be required to purchase one to continue with the service and avoid cancellation fees.

•Temperature checks and wellness questionnaire will be conducted upon arrival 

 

•Guests must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer prior to beginning their service.


•To limit multitouch surfaces, cash payments are not permitted & a card on file will be required at the time of booking for all reservations. A 30% deposit will be charge to the card on file at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total at checkout.

•Refund Policy - Topcoat Nail Bar fully exercises a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.  

•Refinement -Topcoat Nail Bar offers complimentary refinements pending management approval, within 7 days of service completion for both gel polish and enhancement services. Please call or text should you find yourself needing a correction 801•828•6776

•'Change of mind' corrections are not complimentary.

•Cancellation and no show policy -Topcoat Nail Bar observes a 24hr cancellation policy. If you do not attend your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel within the 24 hrs cancellation period, you will be subject to pay the full amount of the services reserved. Guests who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked. Should you cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, your deposit will be returned in full.
*To accommodate our guests during the stabilizing phase of the pandemic we will be waiving cancellation fees for cancellations due to illness. If you or anyone in your house hold is ill please reschedule your appointment after 14 days of no symptoms.

Discounted services are conducted by supervised Apprentices  learning the art of Nail Technology. This may mean at times an Instructor may pause your appointment to give instruction to the Apprentice on how to better serve you. This also means your services may take longer than average. We appreciate your patience with this and ask that you inquire about timing and cost at the time of booking. 

•Children -Children under the age of 12 are welcome if they are receiving a nail service at Topcoat Nail Bar. We do ask that you provide direct supervision of any children in your party, as we do have expensive equipment and professional grade products & chemicals through out the salon.

•Animals -Topcoat Nail Bar welcomes all service animals that are accompanied by their handler into the salon. However, we are unable to accommodate guests who bring animals that are not designated service animals to the salon per health code regulations.
