•Refund Policy - Topcoat Nail Bar fully exercises a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.
•Refinement -Topcoat Nail Bar offers complimentary refinements pending management approval, within 7 days of service completion for both gel polish and enhancement services. Please call or text should you find yourself needing a correction 801•828•6776
•'Change of mind' corrections are not complimentary.
•Cancellation and no show policy -Topcoat Nail Bar observes a 24hr cancellation policy. If you do not attend your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel within the 24 hrs cancellation period, you will be subject to pay the full amount of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Guests who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.
•Service reservations of $50 or more will be required to provide credit card information at the time of booking.
•Discounted services are conducted by supervised Apprentices learning the art of Nail Technology. This may mean at times an Instructor may pause your appointment to give instruction to the Apprentice on how to better serve you. This also means your services may take longer than average. We appreciate your patience with this and ask that you inquire about timing and cost at the time of booking.
•Children -Children under the age of 12 are welcome if they are receiving a nail service at Topcoat Nail Bar. We do ask that you provide direct supervision of any children in your party, as we do have expensive equipment and professional grade products.
•Animals -Topcoat Nail Bar welcomes all service animals that are accompanied by their handler into the salon. However, we are unable to accommodate guests who bring animals that are not designated service animals to the salon per health code regulations.
