Salon Policies

•Guests must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer prior to beginning their service.

•Refund Policy - Topcoat Nail Bar fully exercises a no refund policy on services, classes & programs.

•Refinement -Topcoat Nail Bar offers complimentary refinements for both gel polish and enhancement services. Please call or text should you find yourself needing a correction 801•828•6776

•Change of mind' corrections are not complimentary. •Please note refinements are scheduled with apprentices.

•Cancellation and no show policy -Topcoat Nail Bar observes a 24hr cancellation policy. You will be subject to pay the full amount of the services reserved if we are not provided a cancellation notice 24hours prior to your scheduled appointment Guests who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked. Should you cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, your deposit will be returned in full.

•Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Receiving service with out payment in full is theft of services & prosecutable.

•Discounted services are conducted by supervised Apprentices learning the art of Nail Technology. This may mean at times an Instructor may pause your appointment to give instruction to the Apprentice on how to better serve you. This also means your services may take longer than average. We appreciate your patience with this and ask that you inquire about timing and cost at the time of booking.

•A $25 deposit will be required at the time of booking per service. Deposits will be applied to the appointment cost at check out. Deposits will be forfeited by the guest, per the cancellation and no show policy.

•Credit Card Usage- When using a credit card for purchase, you are required to have the card present with a valid picture ID matching the name as printed on the credit card.

•Children -Children under the age of 12 are welcome if they are receiving a nail service at Topcoat Nail Bar. We do ask that you provide direct supervision of any children in your party, as we do have expensive equipment and professional grade products & chemicals through out the salon.

•Animals -Topcoat Nail Bar welcomes all service animals that are accompanied by their handler into the salon. However, we are unable to accommodate guests who bring animals that are not designated service animals to the salon per health code regulations.
